These caves were formed 890,000 years ago, from a volcanic eruption in Paul da Serra that descended to the sea. Thus, the outer part, exposed to lower temperatures, solidified rapidly, while the interior continued to run with many gases, forming a series of lava tubes, which today constitute the caves of São Vicente.

In addition to its natural charm, the beaches of Porto Santo have several bars, parasols made of palm leaves that give it some shade.

The main attraction of this village on the north coast are undoubtedly the natural pools, which lie between bizarre lava rocks and are filled by the tide with crystalline waters.

Pico do Areeiro is located at the second highest peak of the island of Madeira, with 1818 meters of altitude. From this viewpoint we have an excellent panoramic view over the central massif of the island of Madeira. Here we can start one of the most spectacular walking routes towards the highest point of the archipelago, Pico Ruivo, with 1,862 meters.

Cabo Girão is famous for its cliff which is the second highest in the world, 580 meters high. It is a well known belvedere with fantastic panoramic views. Here you will find the Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima, which was built in 1931 and is one of the main pilgrimage sites on the island.

The Desertas Islands Natural Reserve are composed of three islands: the Great Desert, the Bugio and the Ilhéu Chão. It is in the Great Desert that is installed a base of the Natural Park.

The Farmers' Market opens from Monday to Friday between 07.00 and 20.00 and Saturday from 07.00 to 14.00 (closed on Sundays and public holidays). Want to experience something really typical of the island? So, visit one of these traditional markets on your island tour!

In the year 2000, Madeira received a gold award for Funchal which was titled European City of "Flowers" 2000. This prestigious award, which is much disputed by the cities of Europe, has been rightly attributed to one of the most beautiful gardens in the world.

WHO AM I
Tempo Para Si(T4U) takes its first steps in 2009 in the city of Coimbra, began to take shape when it regularly did tasks for friends and acquaintances.
In 2010 I move to Madeira, and I leave "Tempo para si" in the drawer.
After 4 years I got back on the project and started adapting it, it took another 2 years to acquire enough knowledge and contacts to get the Tempo Para Si(T4U) in progress.

My goal is to help with the day-to-day tasks for which you do not have the time.
